Today’s Bible reading from the Five Day Bible Reading Plan: Leviticus 4-7, Hebrews 3

Take care, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from the living God. But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called “today,” that none of you may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin. For we have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original confidence firm to the end (Hebrews 3:12–14 ESV).

We exhort one another in our Christian walk to help each other stay true to Christ and to turn from sin and that resulting brokenness. To “exhort” means to strongly encourage or urge to do something

What are we to do? Obey. Stay faithful. Don’t fall away. Persevere. For Christ is more than enough. Let’s move past simply talking about news, sports, and weather. Let’s use our speech to help disciple one another toward holiness and Christlikeness.

What say you?
